An Urban Oasis in Brickell

The Project: Miami High rise apartment renovation.

The owners frequently entertain guests and needed a highly functioning kitchen. Because the design principles of simplicity, clean lines, and fluidity guided the process, ZAG sought to balance the fully equipped kitchen with the need for maximum work areas and a clean, uncluttered look. With nature as inspiration, ZAG designers selected black granite counter-tops and back-splash, zebra wood, white lacquered paneling, and bamboo patterned porcelain floor tiles for an elegant yet functional atmosphere.

To infuse a Zen atmosphere into the guest bath, the team carefully balanced a relaxing blend of color, texture, and lighting. Earthen materials such as river stones, tile, and sand-base paint created a sophisticated and soothing environment.

ZAG provided interior design selected furniture, furnishings, and equipment and managed the entire construction process resulting in a stunning urban oasis.
